PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide alternative insulin compositions that more effectively mimic the endogenous insulin response when administered to a subject, leading to more effective glycemic control and a reduction in negative side-effects of insulin therapy.SOLUTION: Provided are combinations, compositions and kits containing a fast-acting insulin composition and a hyaluronan degrading enzyme composition formulated for parenteral administration. Such products can be used in methods of treating insulin-treatable diseases or conditions.
