Disclosed are a compound YLF466D, and use of pharmaceutical salts thereof, pharmaceutical esters thereof, crystalline hydrates thereof, solvates thereof or a mixture of many of them in preparation of medicines for treating MIRI. The present invention also provides a pharmaceutical composition for treating the MIRI, the composition comprising the compound YLF466D which has a structural formula as shown below, and one or more in the pharmaceutical salts thereof, the pharmaceutical esters thereof, the crystalline hydrates thereof and the solvates thereof, and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carriers. On a rat MIRI pharmacological model, a compound YLF466D shows a significant therapeutic effect for myocardial MIRI.La présente invention concerne un composé YLF466D, et l'utilisation de ses sels pharmaceutiques, ses esters pharmaceutiques, ses hydrates cristallins, ses solvates ou un mélange de plusieurs de ceux-ci dans la préparation de médicaments pour traiter MIRI.
