PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform suction under high suction pressure immediately after suction ON operation by simple operation.SOLUTION: The connection port 45 communicating with a negative pressure source passage 21 is provided in the inner wall of the pipeline of a valve guide member 24 and a plunger 25 for opening and closing the connection port 45 is provided in the valve guide member 24. An air passage 49 connecting the air opening 47 opened at the position opposed to a cap 26 and the passage opening 48 opened in a negative pressure source passage 21, is provided in the valve guide member 24. The pressure operation part 74 positioned above the air opening 47 on a lid part 62 and the inclined surface 75 opposed to the air opening 47 of the skirt part 63 thereof are formed at the cap 26. Before suction ON, the pressure operation part 74 is operated under pressure to close the air opening 47 by the inclined surface 75. Since the pump pressure of a suction pump 20 can be preliminarily set high only by the simple pressure operation of the pressure operation part 74, suction can be started under high suction pressure immediately after suction ON operation.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡単な操作で吸引ON操作の直後から高い吸引圧力で吸引を行う。【解決手段】弁ガイド部材24の管路の内壁に、負圧源通路21に通じる接続口45を設ける。弁ガイド部材24に、接続口45を開閉するプランジャ25を設ける。弁ガイド部材24に、キャップ26と対向する位置に開口した通気用開口47と、負圧源通路21内で開口した通路内開口48とを接続する通気路49を設ける。キャップ26に、蓋部62上でかつ通気用開口47の上方の位置にする押圧操作部74と、そのスカート部63の通気用開口47に対向する面に傾斜面75を形成する。吸引ON前に、押圧操作部74を押圧操作して通気用開口47を傾斜面75で塞ぐ。押圧操作部74を押圧操作するだけの簡単な操作で、吸引ポンプ20のポンプ圧を予め高くしておくことができるので、吸引ON操作の直後から高い吸引圧力で吸引を開始することができる。【選択図】図9
