PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield for goggles capable of reliably peeling a protective seal by stress applied to an adhesive tape, and goggles to which the shield for goggles is attached.SOLUTION: A shield for goggles attached to goggles by a plurality of fasteners for protecting eyes of a wearer includes: a shield body consisting of a transparent plastic film； a protective seal provided so as to closely cover the surface of the shield body, and be peeled from the shield body when in use； and an adhesive tape having an adhesive layer on a base end part side of the reverse face, which is bonded to the surface of the protective seal so that the tip side protrudes from the shield body and the protective seal to the outside.
