ORAL PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION AND USE OF ORAL PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION. The present invention relates, in general, to oral pharmaceutical compositions comprising at least one muscle relaxant and at least one non-steroidal anti-inflammatory, in association with pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, providing analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect, for example, on treatment of skeletal muscle dysfunction and other related disorders. Within another aspect, the invention aims to use such compositions for the manufacture of medicaments in the treatment of skeletal muscle dysfunction and other related dysfunctions.COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA ORAL E USO DA COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA ORAL. A presente invençào refere-se, em sua generalidade, a composições orais farmacêuticas compreendendo ao menos um relaxante muscular e ao menos um anti-inflamatório não esteróide, em associação com excipientes farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, propiciando efeito analgésico e anti-inflamatório, por exemplo, no tratamento de disfunção muscular esquelética e outras disfunções relacionadas. Dentro de outro aspecto a invenção visa o uso de tais composições para a fabricação de medicamentos no tratamento de disfunção muscular esquelética e outras dis funções relacionadas.
