PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle beam treatment regimen assisting device capable of confirming beforehand in a treatment planning stage whether or not interference between a treatment device and a patient or between the treatment devices is to occur when performing particle beam treatment according to the treatment regimen in a particle beam treatment room.SOLUTION: Using a treatment device 3D model database 102 storing the 3D model of the respective treatment devices in each treatment room and a patient 3D model database 103 storing the 3D model of the patient, the treatment device 3D models and the patient 3D model are disposed in a 3D simulation space 101 according to a planned treatment regimen. The presence/absence of the interference between the treatment device 3D models and between the treatment device 3D model and the patient 3D model is simulated and a simulation result is reflected on the treatment regimen.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】粒子線治療室で治療計画通りに粒子線治療を行う場合に、治療装置及び患者間または治療装置同士の干渉が発生するかどうかを治療計画段階で事前に確認することができる粒子線治療計画補助装置を得る。【解決手段】治療室ごとの各治療装置の3Dモデルを格納した治療装置3Dモデルデータベース102と、患者の3Dモデルを格納した患者3Dモデルデータベース103とを用いて、立案された治療計画にしたがって治療装置3Dモデル及び患者3Dモデルを3Dシミュレーション空間101に配置して、治療装置3Dモデル同士間及び治療装置3Dモデルと患者3Dモデル間の干渉の有無をシミュレーションして、シミュレーション結果を治療計画に反映させるようにした。【選択図】図1
