The present invention relates to a medical bed capable of measuring weight and, more specifically, to a medical bed capable of measuring weight comprising: a bed means having a medical mattress and a measurement means having a measurement part for measuring the weight of a patient positioned on the mattress, and provided to be able to be attached to and detached from the bed means, wherein a plurality of bed means are provided and the measurement means is installed on a bed means to measure the weight of a patient and is stored by being separated from the bed means after measuring the weight of the patient.
