PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin sticking laminate allowing only a heat imparting body to be easily peeled off after the end of heat generation of the heat imparting body and a new heat imparting body to be stuck again on a skin sticking body left on the skin.SOLUTION: The skin sticking laminate 1 is composed of the heat imparting body 10 and the skin sticking body 20 provided with a skin sticking function layer. The heat imparting body 10 has a flat exothermic agent storage layer 12 storing an exothermic agent 11, and a second adhesive layer 14 formed at the lower face of the exothermic agent storage layer 12. The skin sticking body 20 is provided with a base material layer 21 functioning as a base layer of the skin sticking body 20, and a skin sticking function layer 22 at the lower face of the base material layer 21. Further, a first adhesive layer 23 for sticking directly to the skin is formed at the lower face of the skin sticking function layer 22. The second adhesive layer 14 of the heat imparting body 10 is stuck to the upper face of the base material layer 21 of the skin sticking body 20, and both are integrated to stick the first adhesive layer 23 of the skin sticking body 20 to the skin. Adhesive strength between the second adhesive layer 14 and the base material layer 21 is less than adhesive strength between the first adhesive layer 23 and the skin or the like.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】温熱付与体の発熱終了後に、温熱付与体のみを簡便に剥がし取ることができ、肌上に残った皮膚貼付体の上に再び新しい温熱付与体を貼付できる皮膚貼付積層体を提供すること。【解決手段】皮膚貼付積層体1は、温熱付与体10と、皮膚貼付機能層を具備する皮膚貼付体20から構成され、温熱付与体10は、発熱剤11を収容する扁平状の発熱剤収容層12と、その発熱剤収容層12の下面に第2粘着層14を形成する。皮膚貼付体20は、皮膚貼付体20の基層として機能する基材層21と、その基材層21の下面に、皮膚貼付機能層22を具備し、さらに、皮膚貼付機能層22の下面に皮膚に直接貼付するための第1粘着層23を形成する。温熱付与体10の第2粘着層14は、皮膚貼付体20の基材層21の上面に貼付され、両者は一体となり、皮膚貼付体20の第1粘着層23が皮膚に貼付される。第2粘着層14と基材層21の間の粘着力は、第1粘着層23と皮膚などの間の粘着力より小さい。【選択図】 図1
