PURPOSE: Fermented soybean paste for the skin massage is provided to store the fermented soybean paste without salt by containing an enzyme solution and acanthopanacis Cortex liquor. CONSTITUTION: Fermented soybean paste for the skin massage includes 800~1,000parts of fermented soybean block powder by weight, 200~300parts of enzyme solution by weight, 200~300parts of acanthopanacis cortex liquor by weight, and 30~70parts of charcoal powder by weight. The enzyme solution is obtained by mixing one plant material selected from the group consisting of acorns, bog rhubarbs, alfalfa, yacon, and other wild greens, with sugar before fermenting the mixture.본 발명은 메주가루 800 내지 1000 중량부, 효소액 200 내지 300중량부, 오가피주 200 내지 300중량부 및 숯가루 30 내지 70중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 찜질용 된장에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 찜질용 된장은 오가피주 및 효소액을 포함함으로써 소금 없이도 높은 장기저장성을 나타내며, 숯을 포함함으로써 메주가루 특유의 불쾌한 냄새가 없으며, 또한 다양한 식물 재료를 이용해 제조된 효소액을 포함함으로써 많은 종류의 효소를 보완하기 때문에, 이를 이용하여 복부의 찜질을 하는 경우 피부에 자극이 없으면서 높은 찜질 효능을 나타낼 수 있다.
