The present invention discloses a method for performing an optical coherence tomography (OCT) imaging using a surgical microscope and an optical imaging device and devices for performing the same, which provide a three-dimensional blood vessel structure and blood flow information of a surgical operation portion during surgery by using the surgical microscope and the optical imaging device based on an OCT angiography (OCTA). According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for performing an OCT imaging comprises the following steps of: outputting light to an observation region of a sample observed by the surgical microscope by using an optical system of the surgical microscope and detecting an interference signal based on the light scattered from the observation region.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018수술 현미경과 광학 영상 장치를 이용하여 OCT 이미징을 수행하는 방법 및 이를 수행하기 위한 장치들이 개시된다. 일 실시예에 따른 OCT 이미징 수행 방법은 수술 현미경의 광학계를 이용하여 상기 수술 현미경으로 관찰하는 샘플의 관찰 영역으로 빛을 출력하는 단계와, 상기 관찰 영역으로부터 산란되는 빛에 기초하여 간섭 신호를 검출하는 단계를 포함한다.
