Electrosurgical wands have been disclosed for treating multiple tissues at various tissue locations. The electrosurgical wand includes an elongated shaft with a handle at the proximal end and a composite active electrode at the distal end. The composite active electrode includes a blade and a screen portion, the blade portion extending laterally along the wand longitudinal axis to form a cutting tip. The screen portion extends from the blade portion at an obtuse angle and has at least one suction opening therethrough. The wand also includes second and third electrodes proximally spaced from the composite active electrode. The second electrode spans a portion of the outer surface of the wand adjacent the blade portion, while the third electrode spans a portion of the outer surface of the wand opposite the second electrode.
