The present utility model discloses a hanging plant pot of the type that can be hung from any external wall-mounted hanging bracket. The pot is defined by a unitary pot body comprising a flat bottom wall, a rear wall, opposed side walls, and front wall projecting upwardly from said bottom wall, and a plurality of spaced inverted U-shaped hooks extending outwardly from the top edge of said rear wall. The opposed side walls are provided with semi-circular notches at the rear top edge adapted to hold a water hose so that watering the plants is easily facilitated.
