The present invention relates to an endoscope washer system mounting a multi-camera and nozzle control for precisely cleaning an endoscope which enables to more clearly wash an endoscope by performing precise cleaning after verifying a foreign substance through a multi-camera, and a method thereof. The system comprises: a first camera and a second camera for tracking a position of a foreign substance； a third camera for performing a function of determining the foreign substance； and a control unit for tracking a position of a target on a three-dimensional space through the first camera and the second camera, and realizing a degree of the foreign substance through the third camera.본 발명은 복합 카메라 형태를 통해 이물질을 파악 후 정밀 세척을 진행함으로써, 효율적인 내시경 세척이 가능한 내시경 정밀세척을 위한 복합 카메라 및 노즐제어가 장착된 내시경 세척기 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다.
