A hematopoietic stem cell (HSC), a hematopoietic progenitor cell (HPC) a myeloid/monocyte-committed progenitor cell, a macrophage or a monocyte comprising a vector wherein the vector comprises at least one mir-130a and/or mir-126 target sequence operably linked to a nucleotide sequence encoding interferon-alpha (IFNa) for use in treating or preventing a cancer in a patient, wherein the HSC, the HPC, the myeloid/monocyte-committed progenitor cell, the macrophage or the monocyte is used in combination with an immune checkpoint inhibitor and/or a tumor associated antigen (TAA)-specific T-cell.L'invention concerne une cellule souche hématopoïétique (HSC), une cellule progénitrice hématopoïétique (HPC), une cellule progénitrice engagée myéloïde/monocyte, un macrophage ou un monocyte comprenant un vecteur, le vecteur comprenant au moins une séquence cible de mir-130a et/ou mir-126 fonctionnellement liée à une séquence nucléotidique codant pour l'interféron-alpha (IFNa) pour son utilisation dans le traitement ou la prévention d'un cancer chez un patient, la HSC, la HPC, la cellule progénitrice engagée myéloïde/monocyte, le macrophage ou le monocyte étant utilisé en combinaison avec un inhibiteur de point de contrôle immunitaire et/ou un lymphocyte T spécifique d'un antigène associé à une tumeur (TAA).
