Des Weiteren umfasst die Vorrichtung eine erste Elektrode (20) sowie eine zweite Elektrode (21), wobei die beiden Elektroden (20, 21) in Bezug zur Hülleinrichtung (10) derart angeordnet sind, dass bei Anlage einer elektrischen Potenzialdifferenz an den Elektroden (20, 21) ein Plasma (2) im Aufnahmeraum (15) der Hülleinrichtung (10) erzeugbar ist.
