The present invention relates to an implantable material having at least one external surface grafted with a film comprising carboxylate and sulfonate functions wherein the film is simultaneously synthesized and grafted directly on said external surface by radical reaction of a source of carboxylate functions, said source being either polymerizable or chemisorbable and polymerizable and a source of sulfonate functions, said source being either polymerizable or chemisorbable and polymerizable. The invention also relates to a process for simultaneously synthesizing and grafting of a film according to the invention directly onto at least one external surface of an implantable material. The invention further relates to the use of a grafted implantable material for the manufacture of an antiproliferative and/or antibacterial implantable medical device.La présente invention concerne un matériau implantable présentant au moins une surface externe sur laquelle est greffé un film comprenant des fonctions carboxylates et sulfonates, le film étant simultanément synthétisé et directement greffé sur ladite surface externe par réaction radicalaire dune source de fonctions carboxylates, ladite source étant soit polymérisable, soit chimio-sorbable et polymérisable et une source de fonctions sulfonates, ladite source étant soit polymérisable, soit chimio-sorbable et polymérisable. Linvention concerne également un procédé permettant de synthétiser et greffer simultanément un film, selon linvention, directement sur au moins une surface externe dun matériau implantable. Linvention concerne en outre lutilisation dun matériau implantable greffé dans la fabrication dun dispositif médical implantable aux propriétés antiprolifératives et/ou antibactériennes.
