The invention defines a method for obtaining an organic enzyme extract from brewing waste which is carried out by "one-pot" synthesis and which comprises the steps of: (a) adding to the waste in the form of suspension a concentrated base to adjust the pH thereof (b) subjecting the mixture obtained in step (a) to a super-atmospheric pressure and high temperature and (c) subjecting the mixture obtained in step (b) to an enzymatic hydrolysis to obtain an organic enzyme extract. This method makes it possible to obtain extracts with high bio-stimulant and bio-fertilizer capacity and high bio-absorption capacity for animals and plants, so they are especially useful for organic farming and animal feed.
