The mutant strain has been preserved at China Center for Type Culture Collection, Wuhan University, Wuhan, China with the preservation number of CCTCC No. V202041. The preparation method is to introduce four amino acid mutations to an HN protein of a Newcastle disease virus TS9-C strain which is used as parent strain. The arginine at position 3 is mutated to serine, the arginine at position 197 is mutated to isoleucine, the histidine at position 203 is mutated to asparagine, and the lysine at position 495 is mutated to valine. The heat-resistant test results show that the heat-resistant characteristics of the mutant strain is significantly higher than that of the parent strain, and much higher than the commonly used vaccine strains, which confirms that the present disclosure further improves heat stability of the existing heat-resistant strains.
