The present invention relates to a method for producing a galvanic skin reflex (GSR) sensor for evaluating electric characteristics according to presence and concentration of a solution including a chloride ion (Cl^-) so as to perform a method for producing a GSR sensor capable of measuring a change in skin resistance. The method for producing a GSR sensor comprises the following steps: providing a substrate； producing a core through a plurality of silver nanolines on the substrate, and producing a core-shell structure of which at least a part is molded through a polymer； and producing a freestanding anisotropic conductive flexible (ACF) membrane by separating the core-shell structure from the substrate.본 발명은 피부 저항 변화 측정이 가능한 GSR 센서를 형성하는 방법을 위하여, 염화이온(Cl-)이 포함된 용액의 유무와 농도에 따른 전기적인 특성을 평가하는 GSR 센서를 형성하는 방법으로서, 기판을 제공하는 단계, 상기 기판 상에, 복수의 은 나노선이 코어를 형성하며, 폴리머로 적어도 일부분이 몰딩된, 코어-쉘(core-shell) 구조체를 형성하는 단계 및 상기 코어-쉘 구조체를 상기 기판에서 분리함으로써, 프리스탠딩 ACF(anisotropic conductive flexible)막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, GSR 센서 및 그 형성 방법을 제공한다.
