PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intratubular insertion device which facilitates the insertion operation of an endoscope insertion part into a deep part and can certainly and smoothly perform the insertion of the endoscope insertion part into the deep part.SOLUTION: The intratubular insertion device 1 includes: a first opening and closing unit 10 the second opening and closing unit 20 freely moving on the axis of the first opening and closing unit 10 a first opening and closing member 15a equipped with the contact member 30 provided to the first opening and closing unit 10 to be freely expanded and contracted in the diametric direction thereof and brought into contact with the inside of a tube when diametrically expanded a second opening and closing member 25a equipped with the contact member 30 provided to the second opening and closing unit 20 a first opening and closing state holding part 16 for changing over the opening and closing state of the first opening and closing member 15a and a second opening and closing state holding part 26 for changing over the opening and closing state of the second opening and closing member 25a.
