The present invention relates to a bispecific antigen binding protein capable of binding to both human CGRP receptor and human PAC1 receptor. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising bispecific antigen binding proteins and methods for making bispecific antigen binding proteins. Methods of using bispecific antigen binding proteins for amelioration or treatment of conditions associated with two receptors, such as chronic pain, migraine and cluster headache are also described. The present invention is based in part on the design and production of bispecific antigen binding proteins capable of blocking both the human CGRP receptor and the human PAC1 receptor.
