PURPOSE: A three dimensional tooth form sample is provided to control the generation of a bio-film on an actual tooth, and to regenerate the condition of dental caries. CONSTITUTION: A three dimensional tooth form sample comprises more than one shape selected from the group consisting of the occlusal surface(110) of teeth, fissure, gingival(140), tooth surface pit(115), gingival crevice(130), buccal grooves(160), and cavities of teeth with dental caries. The three dimensional tooth form sample is provided with porcelain, a dental restorative material, or acrylonitrile butadiene styrene.본 발명은 삼차원 치아 시편에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 일실시예는 치아의 바이오필름과 치아우식증 연구를 위한 치아 시편으로, 치아 교합면의 치면소와(Pit), 열구(Fissure), 치은열구(Gingival Crevice) 또는 치아우식증 치아의 캐비티(Cavity) 형상 중 어느 하나 이상의 형상을 포함하는 치아의 삼차원 형상으로 형성되는 삼차원 치아 시편을 제공한다.본 발명에 의하면 치아의 교합면이나 치은 경계부위 등과 같이 세균증식이 활발한 특정부위를 실제 치아와 가장 유사한 재질 및 치아 수복재료로 정밀하게 형상화한 삼차원 치아 시편을 연구용으로 이용하여 실제 치아에서 발생되는 바이오필름 제어와 치아우식증 발현 형태를 재현할 수 있게 되는 효과가 있게 된다.
