The present invention relates to a bar rice cake comprising a grilled short rib patty, which is visually, taste-wise, and nutritionally improved by containing a grilled short rib patty, nut products, dried fruits, dried vegetables, and the like； and a method for preparing the same. In particular, the method comprises the following steps: (a) preparing a grilled short rib patty using beef or pork ribs, and a first ingredient consisting of rice flour obtained by grinding non-glutinous rice and drying the same with hot air； (b) preparing a second ingredient containing at least one among edible nut products, dried fruits, seeds, and dried vegetables； (c) adding bamboo salt and water to the first ingredient prepared in the step (a) and the second ingredient prepared in the step (b), thereby preparing a dough； and (d) extruding the shape of a snow white rice cake, obtained by steaming the dough prepared in the step (c), by using an extruder to form a bar rice cake. In addition, the raw meat of beef ribs or pork ribs are mixed with seasonings, and heated and prepared into a size of 6-8 mm, to prepare the grilled short rib patty, and the nut products, dried fruits, or dried vegetables are sliced to a thickness of 1-2 mm and prepared as flakes, thereby allowing nutrient components of the bar rice cake to be balanced.떡갈비, 견과류, 건조 과일류, 건조 채소류 등을 함유시켜 시각적, 미각적 및 영양상으로 향상된 떡갈비를 함유한 가래떡 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, (a) 쇠고기 또는 돼지고기의 갈빗살을 사용한 떡갈비와 멥쌀을 분쇄하고 열풍 건조하여 마련된 쌀가루로 이루어진 제1 재료를 마련하는 단계, (b) 식용 가능한 견과류, 건조 과일류, 씨앗류, 건조 채소류 중의 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 제2 재료를 마련하는 단계, (c) 상기 단계 (a)에서 마련된 제1 재료와 상기 단계 (b)에서 마련된 제2 재료에 죽염과 물을 첨가하여 반죽을 제조하는 단계 및 (d) 상기 단계 (c)에서 마련된 반죽을 쪄서 만든 백설기 형태를 압출 성형기로 압출하여 가래떡으로 성형하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 떡갈비는 쇠고기의 갈빗살 또는 돼지고기의 갈빗살의 생육에 양념을 부가하고 가열 후 6~8㎜의 크기로 마련되고, 상기 견과류, 건조 과일류 또는 건조 채소류는 1~2㎜의 두께로 슬라이스(slice)한 분태로 마련하여, 가래떡의 영향 성분을 균형있게 유지할 수 있다.
