To promptly obtain an objective differential result of a liver tumor.
SOLUTION: When the differential diagnosis is required through an input part 11, a tumor region setting part 16a reads all ultrasonic images of an object for differential diagnosis out of an ultrasonic image memory part 15a and sets a liver tumor region for each objects ultrasonic image for differential diagnosis, and a classification determination part 16b determines to which the liver tumor whose region is set classified is of a primary liver cancer, metastatic liver cancer and or angioma in reference to classification opacification patterns memorized in a classification opacification pattern memory part 15b. A grade determination part 16c determines a grade of the primary liver cancer in reference to grade opacification patterns memorized in a grade opacification pattern memory part 15c and when the result by the classification determination part 16b is determined that the object is the primary liver cancer. A display control part 16d controls so that the classified result by the classification determination part 16b and the determined grade result by the grade determination part 16c could be displayed ON an output part 12.
