According to the present invention, a dispensing method for a carbonated beverage containing grain decomposition products for cooling and dispensing the carbonated beverage containing grain decomposition products into a vessel is provided, wherein: a slurry containing frozen micro particles of an extract of said beverage is formed by cooling and stirring the carbonated beverage containing grain decomposition products a frozen foam containing microscopic bubbles and frozen micro particles of an extract of said beverage for the carbonated beverage containing grain decomposition products is prepared by a process involving the cooling, stirring, and air-enveloping of said slurry and the prepared frozen foam of said beverage is supplied as a surface foam to the carbonated beverage containing grain decomposition products that has been dispensed into a vessel thereby providing a carbonated beverage containing grain decomposition products with a creamy, long-lasting foam that has a new, refreshing snow-like texture.
