The present invention relates to a sea forest forming system comprising a wire length control apparatus which adjusts the length of a wire to settle a difference between a transplant environment and a submarine environments which is really installed while transplanting marine plants to a transplant and moving the same to the bottom of the sea when forming sea forest. The sea forest forming system comprises: a wire； a first body having a plurality of first penetration grooves； a second body having a plurality of second penetration grooves； and a coupling hole through which the wire passes as the first body overlaps with the second body. Accordingly, the sea forest forming system comprising a wire length control apparatus can adjust the length of the wire in an easy manner, and remove and replace the wire in an easy manner by separating the first body and the second body to both sides in maintenance.본 발명은 바다숲 조성을 하는 경우 일반적으로 해양식물을 이식체에 심은 후 해저에 옮기는 과정에서 이식체의 환경과 실제 설치되는 해저의 환경의 차이를 해소하기 위하여 와이어의 길이를 조절하는 와이어 길이 조절장치를 포함하는 바다숲 조성 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 와이어와, 복수개의 제1 관통홈이 형성된 제1 본체 및 제2 관통홈이 형성된 제2 본체, 상기 제1 본체와 제2 본체가 겹쳐짐으로서, 와이어가 관통되는 체결공을 형성함으로서, 와이어의 길이를 보다 손쉽게 조절함과 동시에, 유지보수 시에 제1 본체와 제2 본체를 양측으로 분리하여 손쉽게 와이어를 제거 및 교체 할 수 있는 와이어 길이 조절장치를 포함하는 바다숲 조성 시스템에 관한 것이다.
