PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent immediate switching from an active system to a standby system by minor abnormal conditions and temporary abnormal conditions, and thereby prevent degradation of an operating rate of a system due to useless switching.SOLUTION: When a main control circuit unit 21M of an active system is detected to be an inoperative state and a secondary control circuit unit 21S of a standby system is switched and operated, a switching control unit 22 performs communication by using 3-systems of communication paths M1-M3 between the main control circuit unit 21M and itself. When the main control circuit unit 21M is detected to be an inoperative state in communication paths of 2-systems or more, the secondary control circuit unit 21S is switched and operated. Thereby, even when the main control circuit unit 21M is detected to be an inoperative state in 1-system of communication path by the occurrence of minor abnormal conditions and temporary abnormal conditions, the switching from the main control circuit unit 21M of the active system to the secondary control circuit unit 21S of the standby system is prevented from being performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】軽微な異常や一時的な異常によってすぐに現用系から待機系への切り替えが行われないようにして、無用な切り替えによるシステムの稼動率の低下を防止できるようにする。【解決手段】現用系の主制御回路部21Mが動作不能状態であることを検知した場合に、待機系の副制御回路部21Sに切り替えて動作させる際に、切替制御部22が主制御回路部21Mとの間で3系統の通信経路M1~M3を用いて通信を行い、2系統以上の通信経路にて主制御回路部21Mが動作不能状態であることを検知した場合に、副制御回路部21Sに切り替えて動作させるようにすることにより、軽微な異常や一時的な異常の発生によって、1系統の通信経路において主制御回路部21Mが動作不能状態であると検知されたとしても、現用系の主制御回路部21Mから待機系の副制御回路部21Sへの切り替えは行われないようにする。【選択図】図2
