The ultrasonic diagnostic device according to an embodiment comprises an ultrasonic probe, an image generation unit, a monitor, a database and a calibration information generation processing unit. The image generation unit generates an ultrasonic image on the basis of an echo signal obtained through the ultrasonic probe. The monitor displays the ultrasonic image. The database stores image data including the ultrasonic image displayed on the screen on the monitor. The calibration information generation processing unit generates calibration information that includes an equivalent value for conducting a predetermined measurement of the ultrasonic image contained in the image data on the basis of the database that stores the image data including the ultrasonic image displayed on the screen on the monitor and the positional relationship between at least one scale mark that exists in the image data and the ultrasonic image.La présente invention concerne un dispositif de diagnostic à ultrasons et un dispositif de traitement d'une image médicale qui sont capables de générer automatiquement des informations d'étalonnage à partir de données d'images.
