The trocar assembly according to the present invention comprises: a head housing penetrated in a vertical direction a rip valve which is opened when a laparoscopic surgery device is inserted, is closed when the laparoscopic surgery device is separated, and is inserted in the head housing a gas sealing body which comes in close contact with the laparoscopic surgery device and is installed on an upper portion of the lip valve to prevent gas, injected into a human body, from leaking to the outside when the lip valve is opened as the laparoscopic surgery device is inserted and an elastic unit which is joined with the gas sealing body to elastically restore the gas sealing body when the gas sealing body is deformed as the laparoscopic surgery device moves. According to the present invention, when a surgery is performed by inserting the laparoscopic surgery device into the trocar assembly, the gas sealing body, which is tightly joined with the laparoscopic surgery device, deforms and moves to extend a range in which the laparoscopic surgery device can move so that the surgery can be performed in an easy manner. In addition, the elastic unit and a sealing fixation ring are joined with the gas sealing body.
