PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sthenometer capable of precisely measuring the muscular strength even if the force applied by a subject directs diverse or eccentrically works, and giving no uncomfortable pain to the subject during the measurement.SOLUTION: This sthenometer is provided with a sensor part 10 for detecting a pushing force, a belt 20 connected to the sensor part and formed into a loop shape, a pad 17 having elasticity capable of covering the sensor part, and a display 30 electrically connected to the sensor part and displaying a measurement value of the muscular strength according to the detecting signal from the sensor part.
