According to the present invention, the ergonomic upper limb holding device can be adjusted depending on the thickness and length of the arm of a wearer, like personalized production.본 발명에 의한 인체공학적 상지 거치장치는, 상지를 거치하여 사용하는 기구에 장착되는 것으로, 상기 기구에 착탈 가능토록 결합되어 지지되며, 상기 기구와의 결합 위치가 조절될 수 있는 서포트 상기 서포트의 일측 상측에 손으로 잡을 수 있도록 설치되는 핸드 그립 상기 서포트의 상측에 설치되며, 상지 아래에서 상지를 감싸도록 형성되어 상지가 거치되는 트러프 상기 트러프와 분리되며, 상기 트러프에 거치된 상지를 위에서 덮는 커버 및 상기 커버를 상기 트러프에 착탈 가능토록 고정시키는 커버 고정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다. 본 발명에 의한 인체공학적 상지 거치장치를 이용하면, 개인 맞춤 제작처럼 착용자의 팔 두께나 길이 등에 맞춰 조절이 가능한 장점이 있다.
