PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutron generation target device capable of improving an intensity of proton beams by sufficiently removing heat of a thermal load of a target material.SOLUTION: A neutron generation target device 3 comprises: a target material 9 which is irradiated with proton beams 7 and generates neutrons and a liquid metal outgoing path 16 and a liquid metal incoming path 17 which are provided at an opposite side of a surface of the target material 9 to be irradiated with the proton beams 7 and in which a liquid metal 13 flows.
