An optical-electronic instrument for diagnosing the state of the peripheral blood circulation comprises four probes. Each probe consists of light source and photoelectric detector. The instrument also contains four amplifiers and computing unit consisting of microcontroller, the reference unit, the galvanic separation unit, USB-controller, and personal computer. The outputs of photoelectric detectors (1-4) are connected to the first inputs of the corresponding amplifiers (1-4). The second inputs of the amplifiers are connected to the first output of microcontroller, and their outputs are connected to the corresponding inputs of microcontroller. The second output of microcontroller is connected to the first input of the galvanic separation unit. The first output of the galvanic separation unit is connected to the input of microcontroller. The second output of the galvanic separation unit is connected to the first input of the USB-controller. The first output of the USB-controller is connected to the second input of the galvanic separation unit, and the second output is connected to the input of the personal computer. The third output of microcontroller is connected to the input of the reference unit with its output connected to the input of microcontroller.
