PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle ray treatment system excellent in maintenance property and has a simple mechanism.SOLUTION: Radiation devices 10a, 10b respectively comprise plural radiation ports 102a, 102b, 102c for radiating a particle ray from plural directions to a target. A radiation nozzle part 105 of the radiation devices 10a, 10b can move between the plural radiation ports 102a, 102b, 102c, and a cover structure 107 which is fixed, is provided between the plural radiation ports 102a, 102b, 102c and the radiation nozzle part 105.
