An optical sensing device including a light sensor, a number of light-emitting devices, and a controller is provided. The light sensor is disposed on a substrate. The light sensor senses a light reflection signal in a sensing area of the optical sensing device. The light-emitting devices are disposed on the substrate and around the light sensor. The light-emitting devices provide an optical signal to be transmitted into the tissues or organs of the human body. Then, the optical signal is reflected by the tissues or organs of the human body to generate the light reflection signal. The controller determines whether the position of the tissues or organs of the human body has been changed in the sensing area. The controller drives at least one of the light-emitting devices and adjusts the light intensity thereof to provide the appropriate optical signal. Besides, a measurement method of the optical sensing device is proposed.一種光學感測裝置包括光感測器、多個發光元件以及控制器。光感測器設置於基板上。光感測器用以在光學感測裝置的感測範圍內感測光反射訊號。發光元件設置於基板上圍繞光感測器。發光元件用以提供光學訊號發射入人體組織。光學訊號在人體組織內反射以產生光反射訊號。控制器電性連接至光感測器及發光元件。控制器判斷人體組織在感測範圍內的所在位置是否有改變。控制器依據人體組織在感測範圍內的所在位置驅動發光元件當中的至少一個發光元件並調整其發光強度來提供光學訊號。另外,一種光學感測裝置的量測方法亦被提出。
