PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition having an inhibitory action on goblet cell hyperplasia.
SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition comprises azelastine or its salt and ambroxol or its salt. The present pharmaceutical composition comprising azelastine and ambroxol is useful for remarkably suppressing airway goblet cell hyperplasia and useful for having excellent antiussive action and/or expectorant action.
