The present invention provides a combined exercise and massage apparatus comprising a main body in a form of a chair on which a user can sit； a handle unit arranged on both sides of the main body and allowing the user who sits on the main body to take exercise for the upper body of the user by rotating the handle unit with hands； and a massage unit which is connected to the handle unit and arranged in the main body and protrudes to the outside of the main body by the rotary movement of the handle unit to apply acupressure to the body of the user who sits on the main body or massage the body. According to the present invention, the combined exercise and massage apparatus has an effect of offering an eco-friendly massage apparatus by massaging the body of a user by using the rotation power of the handle unit without using a separate power.
