A process for associating a scent with an article of clothing including the steps of: providing a clothing hanger providing an article of clothing on the clothing hanger providing a fluid pervious substrate carrying perfume on, within, at least partially enclosed by, or enclosed by the substrate and engaging the substrate with the hanger so that the substrate is proximal to the article of clothing wherein the substrate comprises an aperture.
