An access system and device (10) having a needle injector (40) piv- otally attached to an ultrasound transceiver (12) is operated to place a sterilizable needle or needle/cannula unit within a blood vessel by a single user-device operator in which the blood vessel is made visible in a monitor (206) image by ultrasound insonification. A guidance template having an expected path trajectory is overlapped on at least one of a transverse short axis, a longitudinal long axis, or a three-dimensionally imaged blood vessel that illustrates the predicted path of the needle or needle with overlapping cannula when it undergoes movement implemented by a controller located on the needle injector.Linvention concerne un système et un dispositif daccès (10) comportant un injecteur daiguille (40) fixé de manière pivotante à un émetteur-récepteur ultrasonore (12), lesquels système et dispositif daccès sont utilisés pour permettre le positionnement dune aiguille ou dune unité daiguille/canule pouvant être stérilisée à lintérieur dun vaisseau sanguin par un opérateur de dispositif dutilisateur unique, le vaisseau sanguin étant rendu visible dans une image de dispositif de surveillance (206) par insonification ultrasonore. Un modèle de guidage possédant une trajectoire de chemin attendue chevauche au moins un axe transversal court, un axe longitudinal long et/ou un vaisseau sanguin imagé en trois dimensions qui illustre le chemin prédit de laiguille ou de laiguille avec la canule en chevauchement lorsquil subit un déplacement induit par un contrôleur situé sur linjecteur daiguille.
