The present invention provides a T cell which expresses a gamma-delta T cell receptor (TCR) and a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR), wherein the CAR comprises: an antigen binding domain； a transmembrane domain； and a co-stimulatory intracellular signalling domain； wherein the intracellular signalling domain provides a co-stimulatory signal to the T cell following binding of antigen to the antigen binding domain.La présente invention concerne des cellules T qui expriment un récepteur des cellules T (TCR) gamma-delta et un récepteur antigénique chimérique (CAR), le CAR comprenant : un domaine de liaison à l'antigène ； un domaine transmembranaire ； et un domaine de signalisation intracellulaire à rôle co-stimulateur ； le domaine de signalisation intracellulaire fournissant un signal de co-stimulation à la cellule T après liaison de l'antigène au domaine de liaison à l'antigène.
