A surgical cut support tool is placed on a surgical cut in conjunction with a sleeve, wherein the sleeve at least comprises an insulation part forming a passage, and the support tool comprises a support member disposed in the passage, a fastening member sleeved on the insulation part, and an upper cover comprising a plurality of introduction parts and a second engagement part. The support member has a positioning end and a first engagement part. The inner edge of the fastening member is provided with at least one positioning part for fixing the positioning end through the insulation part. The second engagement part of the upper cover is removably combined with the first engagement part, and the introduction part of the upper cover has an instrument passage for guiding a surgical instrument through the surgical cut. Two ends of the fastening member are respectively provided with a first tightening mechanism and a second tightening mechanism. The relative displacement of the first and second tightening mechanisms drives the fastening member contracted inwardly so as to fasten the positioning part and the insulation part.
