PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a cover for suppressing mud of a farm field from splashing upward by a planting mechanism, without interfering with other components.SOLUTION: A seedling planting device includes: a seedling mounting rack 16 on which seedlings are mounted planting mechanisms 18 for vertically moving between seedling feeding parts 17 provided at the lower end of the seedling mounting rack 16 and a farm field, and planting the seedlings taken out from the seedling feeding parts 17 in the farm field and covers 61 each fixedly supported so as to cover the upper side of each planting mechanism 18.
