<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acicula whose destruction/deformation are suppressed when force is applied from the outside. <；P>；SOLUTION: The acicula of this invention is provided with a protective layer for protecting a projection part on a surface on the opposite side of a surface provided with the projection part of a base plate. By the configuration of this invention, by providing the protective layer for protecting the projection part on the surface on the opposite side of the surface provided with the projection part of the base plate, the aciculae can be held in the state of being laminated with each other. At the time, since the projection part is covered with the protective layer, the destruction/deformation of the projection part which is the distal end of the acicula can be suppressed.
