PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image analysis system highly accurately determining a cup line on the basis of a plurality of feature amounts.
SOLUTION: The image analysis system 1 comprises an image analysis computer 2 accurately determining a cup line, providing an ophthalmologist or the like with the accurate value of the ratio (C/D ratio) of an optic disc cupping/an optic nerve head and supporting the diagnosis of ophthalmologic lesions such as glaucoma. By the image analysis computer 2, a probability map is prepared on the basis of a presence probability calculated by multiplying the respective feature amounts which are depth information 13, papilla region information 17, bend degree information 25 and cupping part contour data 23 with a weighting coefficient, and the cup line is determined.
