A food composition for promoting or treating anxiety contains tricin as an active ingredient. The food composition additionally contains one or more additives selected among organic acid, phosphate, an antioxidant, lactose casein, sugar, natural carbohydrate, a flavoring agent, nutrients, vitamin, minerals, a sweetening agent, a coloring agent, pectic acid, pectate, alginic acid, alginate, a protective colloidal thickener, a pH adjusting agent, a preservative, glycerin, alcohol, a carbonating agent, talc, biotin, folic acid, natural fruit juice, and flesh.본 발명은 플라본계 화합물의 항불안 효과에 관한 것으로서, 트리신을 유효성분으로 하는 불안증 예방 또는 치료용 약학조성물 또는 식품조성물에 관한 것이다.
