PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent looseness of screwing of a gasket and a rod without deteriorating the adhesion of the gasket to an external cylinder.SOLUTION: In a plunger 10 for a prefilled syringe, a gasket 30 made of a flexible material is attached to a rod 11 made of a rigid material. The rod 11 has a male screw 20 provided at its distant end. The gasket 30 is provided with a female screw 40 into which the male screw 20 is to be screwed.
