The present invention relates to a wheat grass cultivation method including: a germination step in which wheat is washed in a darkroom, put into a bag, and then harvested in a germination chamber； and a growth step in which the wheat germinated in the germination step is harvested after being grown for five days in a water culture machine. According to an embodiment of the present invention, wheat grass powder cultivated from wheat grass grown in an aseptic room is provided instead of flour, and thus properties unique to wheat can be maintained with gluten removed. In addition, consumption of domestically grown wheat can be promoted for contribution to the publics health.본 발명은 밀순 재배방법에 관한 것으로서, 암실에서 밀을 세척한 후 자루에 넣고 발아실에서 수확하는 발아단계； 상기 발아단계에서 발아된 발아밀을 수경재배기에서 5일 동안 성장시켜 수확하는 성장단계；를 포함하여 이루어진다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따르면, 밀가루를 대신하여 무균실에서 키운 밀순(筍)으로 재배된 밀순가루를 제공하여 글루텐을 제거하면서도 밀의 고유한 특성을 살릴 수 있도록 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 우리 밀의 소비를 증진시켜 국민의 건강 생활에 도움이 될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
