A new and distinct cultivar of Coreopsis plant named ‘Baluptgonz’, characterized by its single-type, medium golden-yellow-colored inflorescences having a large sized, orange-red colored eye zone, medium green-colored foliage, and vigorous, upright-mounded growth habit, is disclosed.
