The feeding bowl (2) is releasably mounted to the base (3) in a locked orientation and an unlocked orientation. The feeding bowl (2) comprises one or more connectors (6) and the base (3) comprises one or more complimentary connectors (12). The locked and unlocked orientations are formed by engagement of the one or more connectors (6) with the one or more complimentary connectors (12).
