Drugs are administered according to the scheme, according to recommendations of Maastricht IV and V, - optimized triple therapy, in omeprazole 20 mg twice a day, amoxicillin 1000 mg 2 times a day, clarithromycin 500 mg 2 times a day with combination thereof with de-nol by 120 mg 4 times day for 14 days, with additional inclusion of 10 procedures of laser radiation, frequency 80 Hz, power 40 W, exposure time 1.5 min on field. Exposure to laser radiation is performed on the epigastric area under the xiphoid bone, the area of the projection of the ulcerous defect on the anterior abdominal wall, on the back within ThX-ThXII is paravertebrally symmetrical.
